As an early player in the prepared dishes track, Shandong Huifa Food has evolved from a start-up into a leading main-board listed enterprise in over a decade.
Shandong
Huifa Food completed its industrial and commercial registration in
February 2005 and launched its first small production workshop in
Shandong. At that time, China’s prepared dishes market was still in its
infancy, with most consumers having very low awareness of such
semi-finished food products.
In
its early years, the enterprise focused on the R&D and production
of seasoned meat products, gradually building a stable offline
distributor network. On June 13, 2017, the company was officially listed
and started trading on the Main Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange
(SSE).
Focusing on prepared dishes, Huifa Food is a comprehensive food enterprise covering the entire industrial chain of R&D, production and sales,
with a supporting healthy food supply chain service system in place.
Dedicated professional teams oversee every link from upstream raw
material procurement and storage to downstream terminal distribution.
To
date, it has partnered with over 20,000 catering outlets. Its retail
products have entered nearly 3,000 large supermarket chains nationwide.
During daily operations, the company promptly adjusts product supply
based on terminal market feedback to meet consumer demands across
diverse scenarios.
The enterprise covers a total land area of over 400,000 square meters, with five independent modern production bases deployed across Shandong and neighboring provinces. All bases are
equipped with fully enclosed aseptic workshops and adopt automated
whole-process production control.
Each
base features dedicated production lines for different product
categories to avoid cross-contamination of ingredients. The five bases
boast an annual total production capacity of over 200,000 tons, enabling fast delivery of bulk orders.
Huifa Food is among China’s first batch of prepared dishes enterprises to obtain the National Level 1 Work Safety Standardization Certification. It has also been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise, with its R&D investment and achievements officially accredited.
As a Key Leading Enterprise of Shandong Provincial Agricultural Industrialization,
it has driven nearly 1,000 local farming households to engage in
contracted crop planting and livestock breeding. These honors are not
only formal qualification recognitions but also widespread industry
acknowledgment of its standardized operation.
The enterprise first established an Academician Workstation, recruiting top academic teams in the food industry for technological breakthroughs. It then set up the Shandong Enterprise Technology Center to optimize the flavors of prepared dishes tailored to public consumer preferences.
Subsequently,
it built the Shandong Meat Quality Control Engineering Technology
Research Center and the National Joint Local Engineering Research Center
for Marine Functional Frozen Prepared Dishes. These platforms provide
solid technical support for continuous product iteration and upgrading.
Small
and medium-sized prepared dishes enterprises across China can benchmark
Huifa Food’s growth path, with many peers visiting its production bases
to learn standardized operational experience. The enterprise has
established industry-university-research cooperation with more than 20 universities to cultivate practical talents specialized in food production.
Its
built supply chain network has solved the sales dilemma of fresh raw
materials for upstream farmers, raising their income by more than 30% on
average. Meanwhile, the collaborative efficiency across the entire
industrial chain has been greatly improved.
When
buying prepared dishes in daily life, would you give priority to
products from leading enterprises endorsed by multiple official
qualifications?
